PCD w/MPLAB and ICD2 sticking at runtime on dsPIC30F

I'm a few points behind on compiler (PCD 4.076) and MPLAB (8.10) -- but with the ICD2 I'm noticing when I hit "run" in debug mode (with #device ICD=TRUE) -- the thing doesn't go anywhere.

If I hit stop (pause)(PC= 0x00000) and then play again, it runs as I would expect.

Anyone else seeing this problem?
