Ez Web Lynx module
PostPosted: Thu Oct 16, 2008 9:06 am     Reply with quote

I just purchased the EZ Web Lynx module and was curious if anyone has used them to control other circuits? Mostly I aim to use the device to monitor switches; which seems easy enough (short one of the digital data pins to ground). However, I am not as clear on how you would control a circuit. It seems you can change the status of a pin via software, but how could you then use that new status to control a device? Would you use a reed relay or opto-isolator? It doesn't seem that there are many components like these that would operate at 3.3 V.

Has anyone done this?

Eric
