How to reset MCU on timely basis ?

Hi , can share any idea how to reset PIC16Fxx MCU on every 1 hour ?
Can use delay_cycle(x ); ?

The solution depends on what the processor has to do else, except for awaiting a reset...

For a precise timing, a timer interrupt incrementing a tick counter is most likely a flexible solution. Timer interrupt examples can be found in the CCS C Examples directory.
