It's mainly a question of using the right sensor. Cause complex 2D signal processing is involved, the application most likely overstretches a PIC, partcicularly regarding memory resources.
But embedded modules with integrated processing are available, you surely will find a lot under the keyword fingerprint, e.g.:

I try contact this sellers but it dont reply me ....

Google can tell you, that Suprema has resellers for SFM3000 around the world. Similar products from other manufacturers surely exist. |
