You need to give people more information than that.
We don't have crystal spheres to divine what you want to do. (well, *I* have a crystal ball, but it's currently down for maintenance)
Anyway - tell people what you want to do.
Make sure you've read the datasheets for the devices in question.
Pick up a book on Ethernet and TCP/IP.
Start readin! :D
It's important (in any help forum) to show people you're trying to do this yourself and not just come barging in looking for someone else to do the work for you. (and, we just might do the work for you.. but then we become "consultants" and we charge for that kind of help. ;) )
