Problem with PCD 4.057
PostPosted: Thu Sep 18, 2008 10:21 pm     Reply with quote

I'm trying to build a project with the dsPIC30F4011 but when I build the project, there are many problem with CCS functions such as: setup_timer1(); setup_uart() or the parameters such as: ADC_OFF,...
Anyone knows how to solve these problem?

It would help if you give more detailed information. What kind of problems do you have? Do you get a compiler error or does the program not work as expected, etc?

If possible post a small example program, max. 20 lines, demonstrating your problem with each function. The program must be complete, including the #fuses line, so we can copy/paste it directly in our compiler and be sure to have the same setup you are using.

As a side note: v4.057 is not the best version to do dsPIC development. It is old and if you check the release notes on the CCS website you will see numerous PCD related bugs have been solved.
