Unable to write desktops.ini

PCW can't start, returns "Unable to write desktops.ini"
4.32, 4.38 versions. In Any folders, on any disks (FAT32, NTFS). WinXP. What to do?

Create ini file by yourself. Create a text file rename it as desktop. Then go to tools->folder options, there disable Hide known extension file types. Now come back to your desktop.txt file rename it as desktop.ini. Paste this file in your installed directory.
