Has anyone developed a driver for the SPI version of 25C256?

Has anyone developed a working driver for using a Ramtron FM25C256 with the SPI interface using the spi_write() and spi_read() instructions?

I'm still using version 3.249 of the compiler and there was no driver support for this part.

Any help approeciated.
