PIC18F452 Lockup during reboot

PIC 18f452 works great in Lab. After connecting control unit to real system, PIC will be lockup after 12 hours. Voltage is OK. Nothing is running. Because noise on power line, another embedded board was reboot and OK. But PIC was not able to boot normally.

No way to reproduce this in Lab. PIC is always running and never stop.

Please help.
