Using CCS C with MPLAB
PostPosted: Tue Apr 15, 2008 1:59 pm     Reply with quote

I am using the CCS C compiler version 4.071 PCWHD. I ported the Microchip demo code for the PIC24HJ to this compiler. I already got it to build, download and run on the Microchip Explorer 16 development/demo board. I successfully built the sources with much changes to use the CCS compiler but when I downloaded it using a MPLAB ICD 2 it has trouble debugging it. I am assuming I may need to create a link script but I can't seem to find any documentation on how to write one for CCS. Does anyone know if there is a document describing this and how to add it to MPLAB.
Thanks
