CAN Bootloader - How to begin?

That's the question...

I still don't know what is the bootloader...

What do I have to do with it to upgrade my firmware through CAN Bus???

I've already read the AN851 and AN247 from Microchip and I still don't know what to do...

Do I have to "make" the bootloader? How do I transmit my firmware?

Can anybody help me?

I'm using a PIC18F2480, and I already tested all the CAN features on it, except this bootloader...
