Scrolling text on matrixes
PostPosted: Fri Jul 12, 2013 8:51 am     Reply with quote

Hi friends,

I have a project about scrolling text. It's almost done but when the text is scrolling, there is a wawing on matrixes. How can I fix it?

I loaded the simulation and software files

Thanks

You should post your code as well as the error message you get, not a link to your source code. Many here may not want to go to an untrusted site to download.
Others won't reply to a post about a 'simulation' as it's not real code in a real PIC, we cannot tell if the 'simulator' is defective or the source code.

Perhaps if you 'cut and paste' the actual error message, we can help.
It is too hard to say what is wrong without more information.

I'm not a native English speaker and searched the internet, but what is 'wawing'?

I have no clue as to what your problem is but if you search the internet for similar projects then you will find out there are a few common problems when designing these larger LED displays. Timing and power supply are critical in these things. Wrong timings can cause all kind of 'ghosting shadows' to move over you text, perhaps that is what you mean?
Wawing == waving???
