Hi

i like test the rs3323 bootloader from ccs.
but i don't know where can find the compatble pc program.
can someone help-me?

check ex_bootloader.c in PICC/Examples folder.
You can also use Tiny bootloader which is pretty small and comes with an application to flash the PIC:
