Dear sir,
here i am using 16f684, MPLAB 7.5 Ver. & CCS PCM C Compiler, Version 3.249, 34534
In my project i am using internal frequency. 8 MHz.so,
#fuses INTRC_IO
Also, i declared
#use delay(clock = 8000000)
then, in the programme it is necessary to define
setup_oscillator(OSC_8MHZ);
if the above statement not defined then what will be the effect.

Look at the .LST file for your program. Look at the start-up code (ASM
code) that the compiler puts at the start of main(). Compare it to the
ASM code produced by the setup_oscillator() statement. See if the
CCS start-up code is doing the same thing as that statement.
