PIC18F24J10 powerup and config

Hii guys


I am trying to use PIC18F24J10 with CCS code

I have a CONFIG line in the code which satisfies my target

İf The PIC is powered up normally, PIC config features are not working propely

But I reset it by MCLR after powerup everything becomes OK

Is there anybody who could help me

did you put a pull up res (10k) on the MCLR pin ?
