INTERRUPT FUNCTION PROBLEM

Hai..anybody can help me?i'm a beginner in making a robot.My robot is line following robot.It is able to select the junction by using input from sensor.Let say my robot select the third juction.How to use the INTERRUPT FUNCTION to counting the junction?
