boot in bios by usb keyboard 18f4550
PostPosted: Mon Mar 05, 2007 1:33 am     Reply with quote

I have maked a hid usb keyboard with 18F4550 and CCS, and working normal in Windows XP. I selected a configuration that includes a bInterfaceSubClass of 1, "Boot Interface Subclass," and a bInterfaceProtocol of 1. But this keyboard USB shouldn't be able to access the BIOS setup program. Can you help me?
Thank you very much.

You must first enable USB devices on BIOS (by using a PS/2 keyboard)
