For those interested in ir bit timing

Hello 2 all !

I'm interested especially in the way the values of the ONE_MIN,ONE_MAX,ZERO_MIN,ZERO_MAX are calculated.

The calculation is, as follows :
- interrupt rate : 4/32000000 (clock rate)*65536(16 bit timer1) *1(prescaler value) = 8.192 ms --- so this is right
- in 1.8 ms there should be : 0,0018/0,000000125(clock period)=14400 --- again right
