PCWH Flow chart editor dont Start ?

Hello All,


I have the PCWH 4.029 version and the Flow Chart Editor including
into this version dont start when I push on the icone button.
( And no help text appears when I put the mouse into the button).

It is normal ???

I have solved my problem Embarassed

I have just installed the IDE utilities soft and now, the flow chart editor
run.
