video streaming over GPRS network

Hi, all,
I am now doing a project that needs video streaming through GPRS network. How this can be done using a PIC? I just need a basic idea how this can be done. Like what data the GPRS modem is sending. Any DSP software/hardware needed, etc.

pls help.
