DSP PIC Eval Board Suggestions ?

Does anyone have a suggestion on a user friendly evaluation board for a DSP PIC?

I need to do a quick and dirty evaluation of a narrow bandpass filter for 512 hz.

Ideally, there might be a board with a BNC for input, a ADC, the PIC and a DAC coupled to an output BNC. All of this with a few canned filter programs I can load and run.

Microchip has several boards, and I'm unsure of which might be best for my application.

Any help is appreciated.
