HI folks,
This is Prabhu Chinnasamy. and i'm in need of making out my UPS to communicate to a network using MODBUS protocol with RS485 comm.
I using CCS PCM .

The device i can use is 16f877.

Can any one help me providing the basic code for 16f877 so that i can start form there.

I,m running short of time

Check the CCS code forum. There are good examples there.

I think, it's RTU. That post doesn't say explicitly neither ASCII nor RTU.

By the way, I'm writing MODBUS RTU code for MSP430 right now. Smile
