compiling errors

I'm using CCS C compiler in order to run:

   unsigned int PCB_LEDs[2] = {LED7, LED8};
   unsigned int LED_Arry[4] = {LED9, LED10, LED11, LED12};
   int bitnum = 0;

   if (LED_Arry[] = 1)
      led_on(LED_Arry[]);
   else if (LED_Arry[] = 0)
      led_off(LED_Arry[]);

   while (LCDNumber == 1)
      LED_Arry[4] = (0,0,0,1);
   while (LCDNumber == 2)
      LED_Arry[4] = (0,0,1,0);
   while (LCDNumber == 3)
      LED_Arry[4] = (0,0,1,1);
   while (LCDNumber == 4)
      LED_Arry[4] = (0,1,0,0);
   while (LCDNumber == 5)
      LED_Arry[4] = (0,1,0,1);
   while (LCDNumber == 6)
      LED_Arry[4] = (0,1,1,0);
   while (LCDNumber == 7)
      LED_Arry[4] = (0,1,1,1);
   while (LCDNumber == 8)
      LED_Arry[4] = (1,0,0,0);

But I keep getting errors "nurmeric expression must appear here" and "expect ;" for my array declarations and "unidentified identifier LED_Arry".

You can also note that I have these LED values tied to integer values
