You can do this with the Parametric search page on the Microchip website.

Your post is a little confusing because the title says you want 3 PWM
channels, but your post says you want 2 channels.

If you want an 18F PIC, then use this parametric search page:
http://www.microchip.com/ParamChartSearch/params.aspx?branchID=1004&mid=10&lang=en&pageId=74

For 16F, use this page:
http://www.microchip.com/ParamChartSearch/params.aspx?branchID=1002&mid=10&lang=en&pageId=74

Go to one of those pages and scroll down to the line for "PWM Channels".
Select the number of channels that you want. For example, on the 16F
page, select the box for 3 channels. Then click the Search button down
at the bottom of the page. I did that, and it says:
"4 of 92 PIC16 MCU Devices are found".

Next, click the button for "Detail". I did that and it displays a list of four
different PICs in the 16F series that have 3 PWM channels.

Go to the links above and follow the instructions given above and you
can get the same results.

I use this page quite a bit.

http://www.microchip.com/stellent/idcplg?IdcService=SS_GET_PAGE&nodeId=74

If you select which type of chip, "PIC18 MCU" say, and then click the purple inverted pyramid, you can perform a parametric search.

You then want to select >2 CCP modules on the PIC, this is the module which also contains hardware PWM...

Cheers Scott

Edit: Thanks, PCM Programmer, for making it look like i was copying, you posted while I was writing Embarassed

It happens often that two people post at the same time. Once we even
had three people answer a question at one time.
