How to set intio2

I am using the 18f4525 and according to the datasheet, i'm trying to use the oscillator INTIO2 with the OSC pins set to RA6 and RA7. I don't see any INTIO2 setting in the 18f4525.h file, can anyone shed any light into this?

For the INTIO2 oscillator, use this CCS fuse setting: INTRC_IO
