Problem Reading AT45DB321C DataFalsh
PostPosted: Sun Nov 26, 2006 7:34 pm     Reply with quote

I'm having a problem reading a Atmel AT45DB321C using the Continuous Array Read (0x68 since I'm NOT using the RapidS mode) command.
My problem is that the 1st 2 bytes returned after I send the command followed by the 3 bytes containing the page and byte number to start on and finally the 4 don't care bytes, are messed up.
For the 1st byte read back, it seems to return the 8 least significant bits of the byte address it should start reading from (that I just sent it), and the 2nd byte is always 0x00. Starting with the 3rd byte, everyting is fine.
Has anyone ever run into this???
Greg
