Hi guys, cud ne1 tell me why there are no built-in CCP(compare/capture/pwm) module functions for the PIC 16F689 that i am using. The PCM compiler version is 3.237.
When i mailed the ccs tech support about it,they told me that there is no ccp module on the mentioned PIC.that baffled me as the datasheet clearly mentions a ECCP+(enhanced capture/compare/pwm) module on the chip.
Please enlighten me on this.Thanx anyways

Look beyond the features page of the data sheet.
Look at the table of peripheral modules that's on the very next page
after the features page.
