18F4431 Motion Feedback specs

I am implementing a 10MHz frequency counter on the 18F4431. Currently, I am using timer5 to generate an interrupt and read the number of counts in timer1. After a closer look at the datasheet, I noticed the new motion feedback module can do period/pulse width measurement in hardware; however there were no timing parameters for it in the datasheet that I could find. Does anyone know the frequency/time limitations of this module? Will it work at the normal MHz I/O speeds or is it more likely restricted to the lower frequencies of the CCP module?
