timer math

If I setup Timer0 like this;
setup_timer_0(RTCC_Internal|RTCC_div_BY_2);
on a pic18f452 at 20mhz, Does that mean the Get_timer0() returns number in 400ns increments?
1/20,000,000 *4instructionsPerCycle *2.

I just want to make sure I'm thinking of it correctly.
Thanks
Ringo
