Have you looked at the EX_encode.c sample file? Is this simular to what you want?

That is,..don't ask for code help here.

Also by posting code here you are implying there is NO license to it.
But I am taking note that you have stated a copyright to the code.
((I'm not sure what that means, legally in the end .))

This is just my personal preference, but I would have asked for help in the main forum, Referenced a link here so people could see the work you've done, and then updated the code here with any adds/changes.
