MCP2515 nad speed over 125kbit

Hi

I have a strange problem, I can't get my mcp2515 to send data over 125 kbit/s. When it does I only get error frames.

I think there is to do with the CNF1 register, I use a 16 MHz clock to drive both the mcp2515 and 18F4680.

For 125 and below the CNF1 goes from x3 and up to say xB, for speed over 125 it goes from x1 down to x0.

Does anyone have a ide what I should test to get it work for higher speed??
