Don't use your own #device statement for the PIC. The 16F877A.H
file already has one in it. Do it like this:

#device *=16 adc=10
#fuses XT, NOWDT, NOPROTECT, BROWNOUT, PUT, NOLVP
#use delay(clock=4000000)
#use rs232(baud=9600, xmit=PIN_C6, rcv=PIN_C7, ERRORS)

}
