Code Library Forum Rules and Policies
PostPosted: Tue Jun 06, 2006 12:12 pm     Reply with quote

1.) View the forum policy that is in affect for all forums on CCS:
Forum Policy

2.) This forum is for users who want to share code with others. This forum is not for asking for help. CCS maintains several other forums devoted to help and questions.

3.) You must be a registered user to post in this thread. This is because registered users can edit their posts.

4.) Make the first post in the thread the code in your library that you wish to share or ask for review. An exception to this is if you have several files, you can spread each file onto a seperate post.

5.) If there is a mistake in any code that you post in this forum, please edit your original posts and make the fix in your code where appropiate. This is so users copying and pasting your code will have no problems and will not have to read many posts to get the code up-to-date. Always make sure the first post in the thread is edited and is the working copy.

6.) If you are looking to share a very large project than this will not be suitable. Look at Source Forge to host large projects.

7.) Realize that CCS examples and drivers that are included with the compiler are only available to licensed CCS users. Please do NOT copy this code into the forums. You MAY #include such files in any libraries or examples.

8.) By sharing code here you are implying that there is no license to the code, and that it may be freely used by others without restriction. If that is not the case then make the licensing agreement known (GNU, BSD, etc)

9.) CCS does not provide any support for any code posted to the Code Library Forum. CCS is not liable for any damage that may have been caused by faulty code posted on the Code Library Forum.
