Hello,

my software is:

Is there a way that I can program my PIC processor using a command like:

c:\dosprompt\programpic.exe myprogram.hex

instead of using the CCS windows development interface?

Yes
You use the ICD program with the -T
Icd.exe -T"%p%n.hex"
note that %p is the path to the hex file
%n is the name of the hex file

you would use
c:\dosprompt\icd.exe -T myprogram.hex
