Hi,

I tried to get some FRAMs from the Ramtron agents in India , but they seem to prefer large orders >2000 pcs, although they are sending some free samples.

I just want know where I can buy ICs like the FRAM.

I tried Digikey but they don't sem to have it some other agents would be preferred.

An online payment option would be great.

Please note I live in India.

www.newark.com sells them on line.
