Hello buddies,
could ayone have ideas to implement two serial ports
on ccs c compiler??

The pointers given, cover the 'software' approach. Other choices are to use a PIC with two UARTs, or to add an external UART (like the MAX300 or 3110). The latter includes two line driver/receiver pairs, so can also provide the driver/receiver for the existing PIC UART.
