PIC18F6720 + is Pocket PC support AT commands?

i want to use a PIC18F6720 to control a O2 XDA pocket PC to send sms.
but i don't know whether the pocket PC can support AT commands.
anybody know the answer?

also, the PIC got embedded bluetooth radio, so it will send the AT commands to pocket PC through bluetooth. is this possible? because i saw everybody is using rs232 to transfer AT commands.
