Holtek LCD driver.

I have currently got a new display made. It is using a holtek HT1622 controller. I have not used this driver before. I did a search but to no avail. Just wondering if anyone has worked with this and if so they have a working driver that would help me out.. Let me know.. Thanx

Holtek has an appnote with C source code for the HT1621, which
is a similar LCD driver. This particular appnote is only available
in chinese (but the C code is english):
