Ver 3.234 FRUSTRATION!!!!!!!!
PostPosted: Mon Sep 19, 2005 1:54 am     Reply with quote

I uninstalled the old version and installed 3.234. Now I get the following error when I try to compile

File version mis-match - Reinstall compiler files.

I did - twice.

Is there a trick to installing this version - I don't have time for this nonsense today....

I had no problems installing PCWH v2.234.

Which compiler are you using: PCWH, PCH, PCW, etc?
What is the expiry date of your maintenance agreement?
When do you get the error message?

Installation procedure:
- create the directory C:\program files\PICC
- copy the registration files (*.crg) to this directory
- Execute the downloaded installation file.
- When using MPLAB: execute the installation file for the MPLAB plugin.
