programing PIC internal eeprom

Arrow Hi everybody Surprised !
I'm looking at the ccs c compiler reference manual. My problen is that I don't understand how can I program the PIC to read and write the internal EEPROM. I was looking at the ccs c manual but it doesn't show it as easy as I wanted. Sorry for my English Confused .thanks

write_eeprom() and read_eeprom() functions.
