create a file in CF memory card

Hi all

I am working on a project about writing data to Compact Flash Memory card. Iwant to create a .txt or .csv file in memory card but I could not find any C function like "fopen." How can I do this?

And also I am using memory mode and LBA in CF card. Does anyone know how to find the last sector that I wrote

Hi

Im working in a similar proyect with a SD card, I dont need to make any file but I find a code in c that implement a FAT16 partition into a MMC. Inside this partition you can create files, directories etc, I dont know if this could really help you, but I can send you the files if interested.
