Why PCH(Ver3.240) is NG if dot activate(Registration) ?

PCH installed is Ok with Janpanese Windows XP Pro , but CCS version is space . and when try complier simple program , it is non stop for roop .

Look at the CCS versions page. It's possible that your version
has this problem:

If you are a registered owner of the compiler, download the latest
version if you can. If you can't download it, then send an email to
CCS support and explain how vs. 3.240 doesn't install correctly for you,
and ask if they will let you download the latest version. Include your
customer reference number in the email. This page has the email
