im using PIC18F2480 and im trying to get my 2 CAN's to basically communicate with each other (somewhat like a master-slave idea). Both seem to be sending and recieving data but the problem is is that im not getting back what i inputed. for example, if i send in a 1, i keep getting "ERROR" what do i do??

Just to give you a tip -- we have no idea what CAN driver software
you're using, or what hardware you're using.

what CAN protocal are using, open can, device net, j1939, etc.
