Problem with 16F84A

Hello,

i'm trying to programm a 16F84A and get the verify-error, all adresses are 0000! All lines are connected to the target and te targe test is passed. I use the ICD-S programmer, firmware CCS 1.39 Rev. 0 and ICD Control Programm V2.48. Can annybody help me?
