Problem using pic16f913

I got some problem compiling with PCW on pic16f913 mcu.
It seems like compiler doesn't see #fuses instruction.

WHY???
Could somebody help me?

P.S. I made with "Chipeditor" the device 913, because it weren't in the device's list. I followed configuration bits scheme as in the microchip's datasheet.

CCS has recently added more support for the 16F913-16F917 PICs.
So, if you want support, you could upgrade the compiler (buy the
maintenance package). Here is the line from their Versions page:
