UDP Example - CCS TCP|\IP board

I have just bought the TCP/ip dev unit from CCS and haven't really looked at it , but the reason behind buying was to implement UDP with it for one of my projects. I dont see a UDP example though, does anyone have such an example? I need to network enable a RS232 project of mine. I think UDP will do just fine. Any resources to help me would be appreciated. I've got the TCP\IP book , but it is very technical and I dont need to get into the details of TCP\IP.

Look in you book under "user datagram protocol".
