customized ports on lcd.h header

Hello everyone! Smile Pls. help on how to customized the ports in lcd header files so that i can use it on my PICDEM 2 PLUS Demo board...

i want to connect the ff ports of PIC16F876 to LCD data and control lines:

RA1 - LCD_ENABLE
RA2 - LCD_RS
RA3 - LCD_RE

RC0 - DB4
RC1 - DB5
RC2 - DB6
RC3 - DB7

I'm using PCWH Compiler IDE ver 3.40
