Is it possible to install the compiler on a 2d computer
or does one have to buy a whole new copy for that?
Thanks

Quote: | Site License
Site Licenses are available to other member(s) of the project where a current compiler is being used. You must be on active maintenance to order site licenses after the initial purchase.
Prices:
PCB or PCBL Site License - $60
PCM or PCML Site License - $60
PCH or PCHL Site License - $75
PCW Site License - $120
PCWH Site License - $195

The question was if he could load it on a second computer. I didn't see any mention of a second member (human?), then again, maybe member means 2nd computer?
Not sure this question was answered. Back in the golden days, Borland's license was broad in that only one instance of each licensed program could be run at any one time, taken to the extreme this meant three programmers could run three instances as long as they where not concurrent. On the other hand, some licensing restrictions now are so narrow you need a copy for each computer, even if the second computer is the on the road laptop. I suspect CCS'es license agreement is somewhere between these two extremes (one license per developer?) |
