Modules support in PCWH
PostPosted: Thu Mar 10, 2005 12:32 pm     Reply with quote

Hello I am trying to find out if the PCWH compiler supports separate module compilation and linking. I have a project I am trying to modularize on a PIC18F6520 and have up until now beenforced to use one big .c file. If anyone knows how to compilation and linking of separate modules working through CCS in MPLAB v 7.0, the help would be much appreciated! Thanks

There's still no linker, but you don't have to use one big C file.
Most of my projects are partitioned into separate source files,
for device drivers and different portions of the project.
You just #include them in the main source file.
