Fuses for internal 4 MHz Oscillator

What fuses do I need to set for specifying use of the onbaord oscillator. Could it be RSint or RSint_IO?

Use INTRC_IO if you want to use RA6 as an I/O pin.
Use INTRC if you want the clock on RA6.
